Comfort food in the best way! The vegan sausage adds some substance, the red bell pepper adds a beautiful color, and the fresh basil is the perfect garnish. Additionally, using vegan sausage makes this pizza kosher since you are not combining meat and dairy. (Pro Tip: You can flip it around and use real sausage and vegan cheese, instead.)
